Our Foster Fastpitch Coaches Certification establishes the frame work for us as pitching coaches to have a positive and exciting space to grow all while allowing you to be creative through your individuality. We are a community of coaches who love to collaborate, challenge and elevate each other in business and relationship.

Our vision is to bring together a community of like minded coaches who are impacting the next generation of softball players with their desire to grow in knowledge, passion, and confidence.

We are a community of pitching coaches with a heart for sharing our knowledge with others. By eliminating a scarcity mindset we open the doors for coaches to be able to share openly and be a sounding board so that we can advance our athletes as well as our businesses. Utilizing our structured teaching method, we will enhance confidence and create an environment of education, community and mentorship.

What’s Included in the Foster Fastpitch Coaches’ Certification:

A comprehensive, 18-session program designed to empower coaches with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in fostering their pitchers' growth and development as well as growth in their business.
An immersive training experience providing hands-on learning and personalized guidance for coaches to refine their techniques and strategies and understanding of pitching.
Regular interactive sessions offering ongoing support, networking, and learning opportunities for coaches to stay updated and connected.
Unlimited access to a library of resources, tutorials, drills, programs and educational materials to enhance coaching proficiency in our online app.
Membership to a collaborative community of coaches facilitating idea exchange, problem-solving, and continuous professional development.
Coaches will gain exclusive access to a dedicated text thread, providing real-time communication and support from fellow coaches, fostering a collaborative and responsive coaching community.
Professionally designed graphics tailored for coaches to enhance their online presence and effectively communicate with their audience.
Upon completion of the program, coaches will be listed on the Foster Fastpitch Website as Certified Coaches, gaining recognition and credibility within the fastpitch community. Additionally, they are granted the privilege to display the Foster Fastpitch Certified Coach title on their social media pages, further enhancing their professional reputation and visibility.
Exclusive access to travel and camp opportunities, allowing coaches to further expand their knowledge, network, and experiences within the fastpitch community.

“When my daughter was 8 years old she decided she wanted to learn how to pitch. I had been coaching high school girls and pitched in college 20 years ago, but suffered a shoulder injury that ended my career. My top priority was teaching my daughter and my players mechanics that were best for their body. I spent a lot of time studying pitching and the science behind how our body moves. Attend Weekend Intensive for the first 2 years (years 3+ would be optional)

I have the right to release you from the FF Coaches’ Certification if you are not meeting the requirements. Participation & upholding the requirements are mandatory so we are unified in teaching and in character. I have the ability to withdraw the use of the certification on any social media platform or website if requirements are not met.
